What is Premera Health Hub?
Premera Health Hub is a comprehensive virtual care network of wellness and condition management point solutions. After hearing feedback from the market, it’s clear that employers want to provide innovative solutions, but managing multiple point solutions is an administrative burden, has an uncertain return on investment, and lacks integration. By collecting multiple point solutions in a single location, Premera Health Hub reduces the administrative burden on the group, provides a personalized experience for members, and aims to improve clinical outcomes and reduce total cost of care.
Meeting multiple needs
Premera Health Hub includes eight condition categories with multiple vendors to support members’ needs at any point in their healthcare journey. The categories are:

How it works
Premera conducts claims analysis that helps guide digital outreach and engagement efforts with members—driving them toward the Premera Health Hub intake experience. After a member completes the intake, they can select from program options tailored to their needs and to the severity of their condition.
