Premera takes AI mainstream with Microsoft

Governance and guardrails are non-negotiables when it comes to new technology at Premera. Microsoft 365 Copilot aligned with that requirement by design, giving teams an accessible way to experiment and improve their productivity without introducing risk.
Since launching Copilot Studio, teams at Premera have built more than 900 agents, which are specialized AI-powered assistants that provide support for tasks or offer insights. Examples include an agent that helps employees write more clearly and an agent that reduces contract processing time from 30 minutes down to just 3 minutes.
