Vivacity sunset: what you can expect

We recently announced that we’re phasing out the Vivacity program. Groups with active contracts will have no disruption to their services through the end of their current contracts.

The following Vivacity products will be available to customers through December 31, 2025:

Wondr Health
FitOn
MoveSpring
ComPsych

Customers must implement their 2025 well-being products by January 1, 2025, for a December 31, 2025, runout date. meQuilibrium and Optum Quit For Life will no longer be available for new sales in 2025 due to the timeline needed for implementation.

If you have wellness credits, we encourage you to use your credits by making your Vivacity selections prior to January 1, 2025. If your plan is self-funded, after January 1, 2025, you can use wellness credits to purchase the Enhanced Case Management offering.
