Reminder: 1095-B Forms Available Online
For fully insured groups
IRS rules no longer require us to mail 1095-B forms automatically. These forms will now be available digitally through members’ secure accounts.
Exception: Members in California, Washington D.C., New Jersey, and Rhode Island will continue to receive mailed 1095-B forms due to state and district regulations associated with tax penalties for creditable coverage.
What you can do
Promote premera.com account creation within your employee population. In addition to the 1095-B forms, members with an active account can access their explanation of benefits, claims status, virtual care offerings, and more.
