Updates to Security Platforms Requires Member Action

Member online account security is a priority for Premera. As a result of recent updates, members will have to do the following:

  • Sign in with the email address associated with their Premera online account, instead of their user ID.
  • Reset their Premera account password. This can be done on premera.com or the Premera mobile app.

What’s next

When this change occurs, members will receive an email asking them to reset their password. These emails are safe to open. Members will be prompted to reset their password at their next login if they don’t act after receiving the email notification.

Create an account

We encourage you to promote premera.com account creation to your employees. Get ready-to-share materials titled, Create An Account On Premera.com and Mobile App under the Manage Your Plan category on B’link that you can share with your employees. Members can quickly access health plan information, opt in and access electronic EOBs, and more in the Premera web portal and mobile app.
